Tai Chi Chuan

Tai chi chuan is an ancient Chinese martial art that can be practiced for its many health benefits. In this beginner’s class, black belt martial arts instructor Adam Bockler will present basic, low-impact postures and forms that can help participants learn self-defense in addition to increasing strength, flexibility, balance, and more. There is no sparring or grappling.

How Do I Sign Up?

First, you need to complete paperwork! There are two ways to do so. We have online registration which you can complete and submit right now. If you prefer to keep things old school, we've got you covered. Just print out the registration form and bring it to our office.

Each participant must turn in a completed waiver and photo release form prior to participating in programming. Program registration is first come, first served. Reservations are not finalized until payment has been received.

Refund only available if MPD cancels class, or participant gives 7 business days notice of inability to attend. Allow two weeks processing for all refunds. Please do not attend if covid symptoms are present. We can make special accomodations for situations and can offer a credit.
