Bootcamp: come try this mashup of 4 classes to get a feel for which meets your needs in a full class session. All levels are welcome; options shown for any level of fitness ability.
Approximately 15 minutes each with time in between for setup:
PiYo-a body resistance workout to build and tone
TurboKick-a cardio kickboxing inspired workout to fun upbeat music
Transform-a functional fitness workout using a steep for increased intensity.
Pound Rock out workout-a Pilates inspired workout using 1/4lbribsticks to have fun and get toned at the same time
October 25, November 21 and December 12
$15/$20 each or $40/$50 for all 3 dates (punch cards not accepted)
Drawings for prizes will bee drawn between each set.
