How to Apply for a Donation

The Metamora Park District proudly supports a variety of organizations focused on helping our community through non-monetary donations.

Due to the volume of donation requests we receive, we kindly ask that you submit your request via the link below. This helps us to more efficiently review and respond to all requests.

• Please submit your request at least six weeks prior to the event date or donation deadline.
• Your organization must be recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

We are honored to receive your charitable requests. However, due to limited resources, we are not able to fulfill every request. If your donation request is approved, we will contact you within seven business days regarding next steps. If you do not hear from us within seven business days, this means we are unable to honor your request. Thank you for your understanding.
